Figure 1: This is a rough sketch of the circuitry that will be used in order to power and control the linear actuator that will be used to physically lift and lower the chair. It incorporates a dual pole dual throw relay and a single pole single throw relay which will recieve signals to either turn the motor on or turn the motor off. Also this will allow the motor to move in reverse.
Figure 2: This is a representation of the relay and the diode that will be incorporated into the circuit to allow the current to flow off and prevent the relay from failing after it is turned off.
